Meandering around a city like a local is pretty much all I want to do when I travel. I don't like to be tied to a schedule, unless there is a restaurant I am dying to eat at that requires reservations, then I will make an exception. I always see more than I could imagine when I don't plan and just do. Washington Square park wasn't on my list of to dos, it was a happen stance that I wandering through and I was thankful that I did.
