The Gardens at Ball

The Gardens at Ball in West Chicago can be described in one word: heavenly. While visiting these gardens, my eyes, nose and mouth were all sent on a magic carpet ride that I never wanted to end. I sampled delicious vegetables in the test garden, admired hundreds of flower varieties and tried snapping the dreamiest of pictures when my head wasn't on a swivel. These photos don't even come close to doing the garden justice. Rows upon rows of flowers everywhere you turn, the faintest sweet floral scent and the sunniest of summer days made for one magical visit.
